Trinity Classical School is a college-preparatory, Christian school in Houston, Texas. We value Christian discipleship, and use Classical curriculum and a Collaborative-style approach. On-campus classes meet two days per week (Monday and Wednesday), with at-home learning occurring on the alternate days. TCS currently offers classes for Pre-K through 6th grade and will add additional grades each year until reaching 12th grade. Grade 7 begins Fall 2013. Christian perspective. School families are unified in our purpose of bringing up children filled with Godly wisdom. We aim to instill excellence of character by integrating Christ-centered, biblical principles as a part of each subject. Classical curriculum. We use proven content and methods for teaching that align with a child's natural developmental stages, equipping students with tools for lifelong learning through the phases of Grammar, Logic, and Rhetoric.
Collaborative-style education. Students attend class with professional teachers on Monday and Wednesday, and then receive detailed at-home assignments to complete under the guidance of parents. This allows parents to participate in the instruction of their children and also gradually prepares students for a university environment.
Cost-effective tuition. We work diligently to make a TCS education as accessible as possible. Tuition for the TCS Classical Core course (Math, Science, History, Language Arts, Music, and a Classical language) is $3,570 per year.
