Teachers and Leadership

Trinity Classical School Teachers

Ms. Teresa Pecinovsky (Pre-Kindergarten and Greek) holds a B.S. in Christian Ministry from Abilene Christian University and is a Texas certified teacher for Early Childhood--4th Grade and ESL. She is currently working on a Master's in Education in Reading & Language Arts from the University of Houston. 

Mrs. Carrie Cameron (Pre-Kindergarten and Fine Arts) hold a B.A. in English Literature from Rhodes College. She is in her third year of working in early childhood education after previously teaching for KIPP Houston.

Mrs. Amy French (Kindergarten) holds a B.A. from the University of California at Santa Barbara. She feels blessed to be teaching at TCS and her greatest goal as a teacher is to help her students rise to their fullest potential and teach them that with God all things are possible (Matthew 19:26).

Mrs. Lisa McCalip (Kindergarten and Fine Arts) holds a B.S. in Elementary Education and Special Education from Baylor University. She has home schooled her children for the last 17 years, two of whom were home schooled in classical education.

Mrs. Amber Stepanik (Kindergarten) holds a B.S. in Computer Science from Trinity University in San Antonio with a minor in New Media Communication and a minor in Theatrical Design.  She has taught a variety of subjects at a large home school cooperative while also homeschooling her three children, all of whom attend TCS.

Mrs. Pam Jackson (First Grade) holds a B.S. in Advertising from the University of Texas. Most recently, she was employed in Children's Ministry and has been a substitute teacher for many years.

Mrs. Julie Moore (First Grade and Latin) holds a B.A. in Elementary Education from the University of Texas at San Antonio. She has experience with teaching in a classical, university-style school, having taught at a college preparatory school in Austin, TX.

Mrs. Anjali Berger (Second Grade and Latin) holds four degrees: a B.A. in Life Science from the University of Bombay, an M.S. in Clinical Nutrition from East Tennessee State University, an M.A. in Hospital Administration, and an M.B.A. from the University of Iowa.

Mrs. Heather Ferguson (Second Grade) holds a B.S. from Texas A&M University in Interdisciplinary Studies with a specialization in Reading.  Her previous teaching experience was in the 3rd and 4th grades.    

Mrs. Terri Hall (Third Grade and Greek) holds a B.S. in Elementary Education from Mississippi State University and was previously a teacher at a classical school in Austin, Texas.

Mrs. Elizabeth Dyer (Fourth Grade and Fifth Grade Science) holds a B.A. in Elementary Education from Covenant College and previously taught second grade at a private Christian school in Georgia. She has a passion for Christian education and loves seeing the Lord work in and through children. 

Mrs. Karen Meyer (Fifth Grade Language Arts) holds a B.A. in Psychology and Sociology from Houston Baptist University.  She has taught in both public and private school settings.

Mr. Jon McAnally (Fifth Grade Math) holds a B.S. and M.S. in Mathematics from Texas A&M University.  He taught Mathematics at A&M as a full time faculty member before a career in software development.

Mrs. Lindsey Scholl, Ph.D. (Teacher's Assistant and Fine Arts) holds a doctorate in Ancient History from the University of California-Santa Barbara.  She enjoys sharing her education with students throughout the day as a teaching aide, as well as introducing the kindergarten students to the great art of the past in the elective fine arts program.

Mr. Jon Siemssen (Teacher's Assistant) has taught drawing and painting both in the classroom and as a private tutor. He holds a B.A. in Humanities from the University of Houston, Clear Lake, and has studied computer graphics at the Art Institute of Houston.

Ms. Samantha Williams (Teacher's Assistant) is a graduate of Houston Baptist University where she studied political science and mass communication. Ms. Williams is currently attending seminary at Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary in Houston.


Head of School

Mr. Neil Anderson is passionate about classical Christian education, and brings a range of gifts and talents to our growing school. He has a strong commitment to leadership development, discipleship, and ministering to families through our university-style approach. Neil is a graduate of Wheaton College, and has served as Dean of Students at Baytown Christian Academy. Neil and his wife Marian have four children.


Campus Coordinator

Mrs. Pamela Hamza is responsible for daily on-campus administration activities and event planning. She holds a B.B.A degree from Northwood University.


Administrative Coordinator

Mrs. Cindy Wu holds a B.A. in Spanish from the University of Texas at Austin, a secondary teaching certificate, and a M.A. in Religion from Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary in South Hamilton, Massachusetts. She and her husband David have three children, all of whom attend Trinity Classical School. They love that Mommy is at school with them as much as she loves that they are at home with her.


Academic Coordinator

Mrs. Annamarie Dewhurst holds a B.A. in Spanish from Washington and Lee University and a Masters in Elementary Education from Fordham University.  She home schooled her children before joining the TCS family and her three oldest children all attend TCS. She loves to encourage parents as they educate and disciple their children and is blessed to be a part of Trinity Classical School.  


Board of Directors

Eric and Olivia Ober.  Eric is a partner in his family's metal fabrication business and is also a nationally recognized sculptor. Eric holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Rice University. Olivia holds a B.A. in Christianity and Finance from Houston Baptist University and an M.Ed. in Counseling Psychology from the University of Houston. The Obers have seven children, and their two oldest attend Trinity Classical School.

Mark and Jennifer Palmer.  Mark holds a B.A. in Economics from Rice University and is Managing Director of a financial reporting and consulting firm. Jennifer holds a B.A. in Marketing from Texas A&M University and a J.D. from the University of Houston Law Center. The Palmers have two children, the oldest of whom attends Trinity Classical School.

Brandon and Jeannine Cavazos.  Brandon and Jeannine graduated from Trinity University in San Antonio. Brandon holds a degree in Business Administration and was a member of the Trinity Tigers football team. He is currently Manager of Finance for an energy company. Jeannine graduated with a degree in Psychology. The Cavazoses have four children, and their two oldest attend TCS.
