Trinity Classical School uses a rolling admissions process. Families are accepted and enroll on an ongoing basis starting in November of each year for classes beginning the following Fall. This process continues until a grade level is full or enrollment ends prior to school starting in the Fall. Different grade levels can fill at different times. To help families plan for the upcoming school year, this page describes the enrollment availability for each grade level at TCS. We will work to keep this page current, but please note that enrollment status can change quickly as we receive new applications. TCS Enrollment Status descriptions These descriptions apply to the "TCS Enrollment Status" table at the bottom of this page. 1. Spaces available. We are accepting applications, scheduling interviews, and making admissions decisions for prospective families. 2. Almost full. We have not yet met enrollment capacity and we are accepting applications. However, based on the number of applications received, we expect to reach enrollment capacity soon. If the grade level fills up before you are able to interview and enroll, we will notify you that you have been placed in the waiting pool. The application fee is fully refundable for families who do not receive an offer of admission. 3. Waiting pool. We have enrolled the full number of students in the grade, but we are still accepting applications. Applications that we receive will be placed into a waiting pool. If a space becomes available or if we open an additional section for that grade, we will schedule a Family Interview to fill the open space. The application fee is fully refundable for families who do not receive an offer of admission. 4. Applications closed. We are not currently accepting applications for this grade, due to a full Waiting Pool or due to the end of the admissions season. Applications for Fall 2013 may be submitted immediately following the Information Meeting to be held in October 2012.
